Renewal House annual Mother’s Day Fun Run and Walk was held at the Remington Recreation Trail, Partridge Run Golf Course on May 8th with a morning filled with plenty of sunshine and a genuine feeling of community support.  There were 111 participants and 33 sponsors who helped raise $5,657 to support victims of domestic violence throughout St. Lawrence County. 

 

Prizes were awarded to participants who raised the most money through sponsorship:

11 and under, Aaron Cobb, $130; 12 and over, Carol Baldock, $304; Team, Ruby’s Roadside Grill, $930; the Purple Spirit Award was presented to Ruby’s Roadside Grill for wearing purple tie dyed shirts.
