Group Run ScheduleLooking for some people to run with? Here are some organized runs that may be in your area. If you would like to add a run email the details to info@northernrunner.org Monday
Brockville, ONT- Group meets regularly at the TISS parking lot at 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is another Saturday-type run.
Usually heads downtown and back to TISS. Duration is about 50-55 mins, shorter than Saturday's. Wednesday usually devoted to some speedwork on the track. (When track is not snow-covered of course!) Tuesday
Canton, NY- SLU Marathon Training Group- Meets in front of the Student Center at 4:30. Runs will start January 18, 2005 and continue until the race day, April 30, 2005

Brockville, ONT- The running group meets each Saturday at Tim Horton's on Parkedale Ave usually at 8:00am,
but check ahead for exact time or get on Roger Hawksby's Bunnies list to be updated via e-mail.
Have a core group of 8-10 regulars, but all are welcome.
Run usually is at least 60 minutes in length, sometimes depending on weather, mood of group, etc., goes for 90 minutes or even longer.
Pace is in the 5-6 min per K range. After the run, the group enjoys a relaxing coffee at Tim's. Sunday

Madrid, NY- Diverse group meets near the The Sugar Bowl Restaurant. Routes of many distances available. Group gathers for breakfast after the run at the Sugar Bowl.
